BUENOS AIRES, December 15 (RIA Novosti) - Right-wing politician Jose Antonio Kast is winning the Chilean presidential election, according to preliminary results after 4.46% of the votes are counted. Kast is receiving 59.83% of the vote, while his left-wing rival, Jeannette Jara, gets 40.17%. The president-elect will take office on March 11, 2026, for a four-year term....
