MOSCOW, December 13 (RIA Novosti) - Foreign policy advisers from the United States, Germany, Ukraine and several other countries will meet in Berlin on Sunday for consultations on the Ukrainian peace process, the German news agency DPA reported on Saturday, citing sources in the German government.
