JAKARTA, December 8 (RIA Novosti) - Thailand has evacuated approximately 70% of civilians from areas bordering Cambodia, the Thai 2nd Army Area said. "At 6:00 a.m., Cambodian forces opened fire with weapons on our positions in the Chong An Ma district. The evacuation of civilians in four border provinces continued. Approximately 70% of the population in the border regions has been evacuated. 35,623 people have registered in temporary shelters.......
