OTJIWARONGO, 06 DEC (NAMPA) – The seven newly elected Otjozondjupa regional constituency councillors were sworn into office on Friday.
Otjiwarongo Magistrate Billy Lutaka officiated the swearing-in ceremony for the regional council members and the management committee.
