MOSCOW, December 5 (RIA Novosti) - Norway plans to purchase long-range weapons for 19 billion kroner ($1.9 billion), the Norwegian government said on Friday. "The government proposes to acquire long-range precision weapons for the armed forces at a cost of 19 billion kroner," the statement read. The proposal was submitted to Norway's parliament on Friday. In recent years, Russia has noted unprecedented NATO activity along its western borders.......
