SEOUL, Dec. 5 (Xinhua) -- South Korean banks' capital adequacy ratio turned downward in the third quarter due to faster growth in risk-weighted assets than capital, financial watchdog data showed Friday. The total capital ratio for 28 banks, bank holding companies and internet-only banks under the Bank for International Settlements framework averaged 15.87 percent at the end of September, down 0.14 percentage points from three months earlier,......
