ANKARA, December 4 (RIA Novosti) - Turkey expressed concern to Ukrainian Ambassador to Ankara Neriman Celal over Ukraine's recent attacks on tankers in the Black Sea, a Turkish diplomatic source told RIA Novosti on Thursday. "A meeting with the Ukrainian ambassador to Ankara took place earlier this week, and Turkey's concerns regarding the recent incidents in the Black Sea were conveyed," the source said....
