WASHINGTON, December 2 (RIA Novosti) - Oil began December trading strongly, gaining more than 1% in the first session of the month, as the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and its partners, known as OPEC+, decided to keep their production nimble in response to a host of global troubles.
