BISHKEK, November 30 (RIA Novosti) - No serious violations that could have affected the outcome of the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan have been recorded, the head of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), Tynchtyk Shainazarov, told RIA Novosti on Sunday.
