Wall Street stocks opened slightly higher on Friday, the day after the Thanksgiving holiday and following a now-resolved outage on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). Around 1530 GMT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.48 percent, the tech-rich Nasdaq Composite index gained 0.30 percent, and the broad-based S&P 500 index climbed 0.29 percent.
