MOSCOW, November 21 (RIA Novosti) - The situation in Ukraine is such that there can be no talk of its joining the European Union in the foreseeable future, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Friday. "It is absolutely clear that Ukraine is not and will not be in the foreseeable future in a state in terms of internal functioning that would allow us to talk about it as an EU member state," Orban told the Kossuth radio broadcaster....
