WINDHOEK, 20 NOV (NAMPA) – Outgoing Roads Authority (RA) Chief Executive Officer, Conrad Mutonga Lutombi said Namibia’s continued ranking as the country with the best roads in Africa is the result of consistent strategic planning, strong governance systems and alignment with national development priorities.
