WELLINGTON, Nov. 19 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand's daily smoking rate has fallen to 6.8 percent, slightly down from 6.9 percent in the previous year, reflecting significant progress over recent years, according to the latest New Zealand Health Survey released Wednesday.
