Swanu promises to create constituency development fund

WINDHOEK, 18 NOV (NAMPA) - Swanu has pledged to introduce a Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for every constituency across the country, a funding mechanism that will be accessible regardless of the elected councillor’s political affiliation.
Swanu President Evalistus Kaaronda told Nampa in an interview on Monday that the CDF would serve as the essential development finance seed, saying every development initiative requires financial resources....
