OUTJO, 19 NOV (NAMPA) – Swapo Party candidate for the Outjo Constituency in the upcoming regional councils and local authorities elections, Kleofas Gaingob, says his development plan will focus on agricultural growth, youth empowerment, tourism improvement and stronger municipal services.
