WASHINGTON, November 18 (RIA Novosti) – Congress must act now to guarantee air traffic controllers are paid during future government shutdowns, avoiding a repeat of the recent 43-day closure, US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said on Tuesday. “I need Congress to take action if there is another shutdown. I want to make sure air traffic controllers get paid. We can't have them call off sick. We can't have them not show up,” Duffy told Fox B......
