Betis' Antony wants Pellegrini stay, looks for Champions League spot

MADRID, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- Real Betis winger Antony has urged the club to ensure that coach Manuel Pellegrini renews his contract at the end of the season. The Chilean, 72, is in his sixth season in charge of the Seville-based team since joining in the summer of 2020, leading Betis to the 2021 Copa del Rey title and to last season's Conference League final.
