ASTANA, November 17 (RIA Novosti) - Kazakhstan’s first nuclear power plant, constructed in cooperation with Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom, will be named Balkhash Nuclear Power Plant following a nationwide contest, the Kazakh Atomic Energy Agency said on Monday.
