OTJIWARONGO, 17 NOV (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) on Monday began issuing duplicate voter cards in the seven constituencies of the Otjozondjupa Region ahead of the Regional Councils and Local Authorities elections set for 26 November 2025.
The reprinting of the duplicate cards is being conducted at the constituency offices of Tsumkwe, Grootfontein, Otavi, Okakarara, Okahandja, Omatako and Otjiwarongo.
