Afghan forces uncover ammunition depot in Kabul

KABUL, Nov. 17 (Xinhua) -- Afghan security forces discovered a cache of ammunition in Khak-e-Jabbar district southeast of the capital Kabul, the Ministry of National Defense announced in a statement late Sunday. Acting on intelligence and a tip-off, personnel uncovered the depot containing 18 BM-21 rockets and 21 additional rocket rounds during an operation in the Tangi Darband Batokhail area of the district, the statement said.
