TOKYO, 15 NOV (NAMPA) - The 25th edition of the Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics officially commenced on Saturday, marking Team Namibia’s maiden appearance at the prestigious event as it celebrates its 100th anniversary.
The championship, hosted in Japan for the first time, is set to attract more than 3,000 athletes, including 2,014 men and 1,067 women, who will compete for honours in 21 sports from 15 to 26 November 2025.
