SIRIUS, Russia, November 17 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine has not purchased enough gas to fully provide residents with heat this winter, Viktor Medvedchuk, former lawmaker, leader of the banned Opposition Platform — For Life party and chairman of the Other Ukraine movement, told RIA Novosti. "If Ukraine was tasked with purchasing gas, the volumes were somewhere around 6-8 billion [cubic meters], then the purchases were no more than 1.5-2.5 billion.......
