NEW DELHI, Nov. 16 (Xinhua) -- Indian security forces on Sunday arrested a close aide of the bomber of the Nov. 10 Delhi suicide blast, Umar Un Nabi. Umar had died in the car blast, which claimed at least 13 lives and injured many others. Amir Rashid Ali, a resident of Indian-controlled Kashmir, was accused of facilitating the purchase of the car used for the blast.
