MOSCOW, November 15 (RIA Novosti) - The clumsy and improper operation of Ukrainian air defense systems has repeatedly led to damage to civilian infrastructure facilities, a diplomatic source in Moscow told RIA Novosti on Saturday. "The clumsy and incorrect operation of Ukrainian air defense systems has repeatedly resulted in damage to civilian infrastructure," the source said, commenting on the situation with the damage to the Azerbaijani embassy......
