OTJINENE, 13 NOV (NAMPA) – The Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) candidate for the Otjinene Constituency, Mervin Kaupasaneua Tuaire, says he will bring significant change to the vast settlement in the Omaheke Region if elected as councillor.
Tuaire told Nampa that he will prioritise improving the education sector in the Otjinene Constituency by introducing vocational and agricultural training centres.
