WINDHOEK, 13 NOV (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) said it is ready to conduct the regional councils and local authorities’ elections on 26 November, with 20 209 polling officials to be deployed across 4 861 polling stations countrywide.
