Detroit's Tarik Skubal won his second straight American League Cy Young Award on Wednesday and Paul Skenes was named National League winner as Major League Baseball's top pitchers. Skubal became the first American League repeat Cy Young winner since Pedro Martinez in 2000, receiving 26 of 30 first-place votes in balloting by the Baseball Writers Association of America.
