WINDHOEK, 11 NOV (NAMPA) – Namibia Deaf Sport Federation (NDSF) president, Abner Shaya, has renewed his appeal for financial assistance as his team travels to make its historic debut at the 2025 Summer Deaflympics in Tokyo, Japan.
