WINDHOEK, 12 NOV (NAMPA) – The City of Windhoek (CoW) approved several major resolutions at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on Monday, including the adoption of the Integrated Water and Waste Water Master Plan and the approval of upgrades to the Sam Nujoma Stadium.
