Rubio Claims That Russia Does Not Want Peace in Ukraine, According to US Assessments,

WASHINGTON, November 13 (RIA Novosti) - US Secretary of State said that, according to US assessments, Russia does not really want peace in Ukraine. "As of now, I mean, that is the assessment we have to make. They have made a demand that Ukraine can't agree to, and so sort of where we are at this point," Rubio told reporters when asked whether his assessment is that Russia does not really want peace​​​....
