Gladbach renew contract of captain Kleindienst until 2029

Dusseldorf (dpa) - Borussia Mönchengladbach have renewed the contract of their captain and Germany striker Tim Kleindienst by one year until 2029, the Bundesliga club said on Thursday. Kleindienst, 30, came to Gladbach last year from Heidenheim and scored 16 goals in his first season with them. He is yet to play this term due to a meniscus injury sustained in May but his comeback is nearing as he started exercises with the ball this week. "Tim q......
