WINDHOEK, 06 NOV (NAMPA) – Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare has called for practical action to eliminate poverty in Namibia, emphasising that service delivery must be carried out with a “business unusual” approach.
He made the remarks in a speech delivered at the Second World Summit for Social Development in Doha, Qatar on Tuesday.
