WINDHOEK, 05 NOV (NAMPA) – The City of Windhoek on Wednesday held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the second waste buy-back facility in Windhoek’s Okuryangava residential area.
Speaking at the event, Windhoek Mayor Ndeshihafela Larandja said the centre, situated in Omuvapu Street, will benefit local communities as an income-generation hub.
