Kiev-Controlled Part of DPR Facing Complete Power Outage - Military Administration

MOSCOW, November 2 (RIA Novosti) - The Kiev-controlled part of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) has been left completely without power, the head of the Ukrainian regional military administration, Vadym Filashkin, said on Sunday. "The entire Donetsk region [controlled by Ukraine] is without power … The national power grid has begun imposing emergency outages. Specialists are already working to resolve the issue," Filashkin wrote on Telegram.......
