Rome (dpa) - German tennis great Boris Becker has said he was close to becoming coach of Jannik Sinner almost four years ago. Becker told Italian daily Corriere della Sera that concrete talks were held in early 2022 but that Becker was at the time waiting for a court ruling in Britain where he was convicted to a prison term for bankruptcy offences.
