Amazon to hire 15,000 UK seasonal workers to deal with festive rush

London (PA Media/dpa) - Amazon is to hire more than 15,000 seasonal workers in the busy run-up to the festive season, the online giant has announced. The jobs will be based across the United Kingdom at Amazon sites including delivery offices. Pay rates will be between £14.30 ($19.19) and £15.30 an hour depending on the location. The company said the minimum starting pay for employees had increased by 80p an hour in the past year, with its minimum......
