WINDHOEK, 20 OCT (NAMPA) – Bank of Namibia (BoN) Governor Johannes !Gawaxab has said financial technology can serve as a catalyst for employment creation, innovation and national development if supported by smart regulation, digital infrastructure and empowered youth.
