CAIRO, October 18 (RIA Novosti) - Syria is discussing with Russia the revision of previous agreements, and there have been no new agreements reached yet, Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Al-Shaibani said on Saturday. "There are no agreements at this time. We have not yet reached any new ones.
