GIBEON, 18 OCT (NAMPA) – After eight years of serving as the workspace for councillors and administrative staff, the Gibeon Village Council was officially inaugurated on Friday by the Deputy Minister of Urban and Rural Development Evelyn !Nawases-Taeyele.
