MOSCOW, October 18 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) began a feasibility study of a tunnel under the Bering Strait that would connect Russia and Alaska six months ago, RDIF head Kirill Dmitriev said on Saturday.
