Germany's left-wing taz newspaper ceases daily print edition

Berlin (dpa) - Germany's Tageszeitung, a left-wing newspaper run in part by its employees and widely known as taz, plans to print its last workday edition on Friday before going over to a purely online outlet. The last print edition includes 10 exclusive contributions from well-known writers and will be designed by the artist Christian Jankowski.
