WINDHOEK, 16 OCT (NAMPA) - Three suspects are in custody following a high-speed chase in the Rocky Crest neighbourhood of Windhoek, which ended when their vehicle overturned.
“At about 14h10 on Wednesday, the police were notified about a metallic brown Nissan Note vehicle in the Rocky Crest area and informed that residents were being terrorised. In recent weeks, a black Mazda Demio has been linked to similar incidents in the same neighbourhood,”...
