Syrian Finance Minister Says Ties with Russia Will Gradually Improve

WASHINGTON, October 15 (RIA Novosti) - Syrian Finance Minister Mohammed Yisr Barnieh in an interview with RIA Novosti on Wednesday expressed confidence in the gradual improvement of relations between Damascus and Moscow. "It will take some time, but it will be gradually improved," Barnieh said on the sidelines of the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank in Washington....
