MOSCOW, October 15 (RIA Novosti) - Norway plans to allocate nearly $8.5 billion to Ukraine in 2026, with about $6.9 billion intended for military aid, the Norwegian government said on Wednesday. "The Norwegian government proposes to maintain the record-high level of support for Ukraine in 2026, amounting to 85 billion Norwegian kroner [$8.42 billion], including 15 billion kroner in civilian aid and 70 billion kroner in military aid," the state......
