Google on Tuesday said it would invest $15 billion in India over the next five years as it announced a giant data centre and artificial intelligence base in India's Andhra Pradesh state "It is largest AI hub we are investing in anywhere outside the US," said Thomas Kurian, CEO Google Cloud, in a ceremony in New Delhi, announcing the AI hub in Visakhapatnam. Kurian said that the next five years of capital investment would total $15 billion. bb/pjm......
