Tallinn (dpa) - Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna has praised the German government's new determination in security policy and the positive knock-on effect among its allies. "We see that now the German new government has really changed the dynamics in Europe," Tsahkna told dpa on Friday on the sidelines of the Tallinn Digital Summit.
