MOSCOW, October 9 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Central Bank is constantly considering various options for unfreezing the assets of Russian investors abroad, Governor Elvira Nabiullina said on Thursday. "We do not have any new proposals at this time, but we are constantly exploring various options with market participants to resolve the issue of frozen assets for our Russian investors," Nabiullina told reporters at the Finopolis 2025 forum....
