MOSCOW, October 9 (RIA Novosti) - The Prague City Court on Thursday ruled that the lower house of the Czech parliament should strip ANO party leader Andrej Babis of parliamentary immunity in connection with a case in which he is accused of illegally receiving a 50 million koruna ($2.3 million) EU subsidy, the Novinky newspaper reported.
