MOSCOW, October 7 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will invite leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to an informal meeting in St. Petersburg at the end of the year, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said on Tuesday, adding that the exact dates of the meeting have not yet been determined.
