Syrian Defense Minister Announces Agreement With Kurdish SDF on Ceasefire

BEIRUT, October 7 (RIA Novosti) - Syrian Defense Minister Murhaf Abu Qasra said on Tuesday that he and the commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Kurdish formations agreed at a meeting in Damascus on a complete cease-fire along the entire front line in northern and northeastern Syria.
